1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of ROJYNS store (including browsing, account creation, or making a purchase) constitutes your agreement to all terms specified on this page.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our store. We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect once published on this page and do not affect orders placed before they were published.
2. Account Protection & Safety
When creating an account at our store, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You accept full liability for all activities that occur under your account.
The store is not legally liable for any loss or damage resulting from your negligence in protecting your login details or sharing them with third parties.
3. Intellectual Property & Exclusive Designs
All content displayed on ROJYNS, including but not limited to texts, graphic designs, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of the store or its licensors and is protected under local and international copyright laws.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any part of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent is prohibited.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Typographical Errors
- We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all prices, sizes, and availability details displayed on our products.
- In compliance with official regulations in Saudi Arabia, all listed prices are inclusive of the statutory 15% Value Added Tax (VAT).
- The store reserves the right to correct any unintended typographical errors in pricing. In such rare cases, even after an order is placed, we will contact you immediately to give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or canceling with a full refund.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
The buyer commits to providing accurate delivery details at checkout (recipient name, delivery address, and an active mobile number). The store is not liable for shipping delays or package loss caused by incorrect details provided by the buyer.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including the E-Commerce Law). Any judicial disputes shall be exclusively subject to the competent Saudi courts.
6. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations, and we keep your data confidential.
Data we collect:
- Name, mobile number, email address, and delivery address that you enter when placing an order or contacting us.
- Order details (products, sizes, amounts, and payment method). We do not store your card details; card payments are processed directly by the payment gateway.
- Technical browsing data (such as pages visited, products viewed, items added to cart, purchases, device and browser type, and cookie/device identifiers) collected through analytics and advertising pixels from Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
Purpose: your data is used to fulfill and deliver your orders, process payments and returns, contact you about your order, and provide customer service. Browsing data is also used to measure store performance and the effectiveness of our ads, and to show you relevant ads on those platforms.
Sharing: we share the data necessary for delivery with the shipping companies, and the data necessary for payment with the payment gateway Moyasar. Browsing and purchase-event data (as described above) is shared with Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok through their analytics and advertising pixels for measurement and advertising purposes; these parties process it under their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other party except where required by law.
We never sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Retention: we keep your data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above and to meet statutory requirements (such as accounting and tax records), after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights: you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access and obtain a copy of your data, to request its correction, and to request its deletion when it is no longer needed. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact Us page and we will respond within the statutory period.
